Every performer and character created by Confluent Solutions Studio is entirely fictional. They are not real people, are not based on real people, and their images are AI-generated. Avatar work is undertaken only with the subject’s explicit consent and written authorization.

Names, biographies, and social accounts belonging to our virtual actors are fictional. Any resemblance to a real person is unintended, and we do not create actors from, or name them after, real people.

Ownership

The actors, characters, productions, artwork, names, and branding shown on this site are owned by Confluent Solutions. You may not reproduce, redistribute, retrain a model on, or present them as your own without written permission.

Avatar work

Avatar work begins only after the subject gives explicit consent and written authorization, and the subject may restrict how their likeness is used. Avatar engagements are governed by the separate agreement signed for that work, not by this page. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to create a likeness of anyone who has not personally agreed to it.
